A Pennsylvania native, Kolber received her graduate degree from her alma mater, the University of Miami. Kolber began her career with CBS Sports New York City in the position of video coordinator. She won an Sports Emmy for her work on WTVJ-TV Miami. Also, she worked at WPLG-TV in Miami and WPEC-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 1993 she joined ESPN and was selected as one of the primary anchors of ESPN2 as it came out that year. She remained at ESPN2 up to the point that Fox Sports hired her. In 1999, she was re-admitted to ESPN and is currently the host of "Monday Night Countdown".
